N19bet Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Our Rules

To create an account on n19bet and use any of the platform's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list from sportsbooks or casinos;
• Not be an employee, immediate family member, or service provider of the n19bet or its partner companies;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Registration is free and requires the submission of accurate information: your full legal name as it appears on an official document, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian mobile number. Providing false information at the time of registration may result in the immediate closure of your account and the blocking of any pending withdrawals.

Each user may create and maintain only one active account on the n19bet. Registering multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, or device is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate closure of all linked accounts, with no right to withdraw any balances involved if there is evidence of fraudulent use.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone or use another person's account to place bets or carry out financial transactions. The n19bet is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence with their credentials.

The n19bet reserves the right to verify the identity of the account holder before making any changes to registered details, particularly the Pix withdrawal key and the primary email address.

The n19bet accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix – instant processing, available 24 hours, minimum R$ 10.00;
• Boleto bancário – processed within 1 business day, minimum R$ 20.00;
• Credit card (Visa and Mastercard) – instant processing, minimum R$ 20.00;
• Debit card (Visa and Mastercard) – instant processing, minimum of R$ 10.00;
• PicPay – instant processing, minimum R$ 10.00;
• Mercado Pago – instant processing, minimum R$ 10.00;
• TED Transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil) — processing within 1 to 2 business hours, minimum of R$ 50.00.

All deposits are free of charge, with no fees applied by the n19bet. The bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit must belong to the same holder as the CPF registered on the platform. Deposits made by third parties may be declined and returned to their origin.

Withdrawals at n19bet are processed exclusively via Pix. The minimum amount per request is R$ 20.00. The maximum limit per individual request is R$ 50,000.00, and the total daily limit is R$ 100,000.00.

For a withdrawal to be processed successfully, the following conditions must be met:

• The Pix key provided must be linked to a bank account whose CPF is identical to the CPF registered on the n19bet;

The average processing time for Pix withdrawals is 5 to 10 minutes after the request is confirmed. When placing a bet at n19bet, you confirm that you understand the odds presented and agree to the terms of the bet before confirming it. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be canceled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market at the time of the request.

Bets are settled based on the official result published by the event's organizing body. The n19bet uses official sports data sources and may await final confirmation of a result before settling bets, particularly in cases involving appeals, VAR review, or match suspension.

If a match is abandoned or suspended before 90 minutes have been completed (in football), bets on the final result are voided and the staked amount is returned to the user's balance. Markets that were already decided before the interruption — such as "First team to score" — may stand, in accordance with the sport-specific rules outlined in the platform's Sports Rules section.

Odds errors caused by a technical or system failure — such as prices clearly out of line with the market for a given event — may result in the cancellation of the bet and a refund of the amount to the user's balance, even after initial settlement. The n19bet reserves this right to protect the integrity of the platform.

The casino, poker, and crash games available on the n19bet are provided by internationally licensed software providers. Each game has its own RTP (return to player) disclosed on the game's information page. Results are generated by certified RNG (random number generator) systems, ensuring randomness and fairness across all rounds.

In the Live Casino, games are run by real dealers streamed in real time. The outcomes of these games are physical and real, and any technical streaming failures that prevent a full view of the round may result in the cancellation of the bet, with the staked amount returned to the balance.

In poker, tournaments have blind structures and prize pools disclosed before they begin. When registering for a tournament, the buy-in is deducted from your balance immediately and is non-refundable once the tournament has started, except in the event of cancellation by the n19bet.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. General rules applicable to all bonuses at the n19bet:

• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus only once;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• The n19bet may cancel a bonus that has not been activated within its validity period;
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward rollover requirements, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the specific promotion;
• The use of parlay bets to meet rollover requirements is subject to specific rules described in the terms of each promotion;
• The n19bet may modify or discontinue any promotion with prior notice published on the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n19bet:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or per person;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any type of illegal financial operation;
• Betting on sporting events using insider information or prior knowledge of the outcome;
• Using automated software, bots, or any tool that replaces human action in sports betting, casino games, or poker;
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in promotions;
• Using a VPN or any IP masking technology to access the platform from restricted locations;
• Carrying out any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users.

The n19bet maintains real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in violation of any of the above may be closed without prior notice, with balances involved in suspicious bets held while the investigation is ongoing.

You can close your account at the n19bet at any time. To do so, contact support via live chat or at contato@n19bet.best. Before closure, any available balance may be withdrawn via Pix, provided all active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

The n19bet may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe;
• Request by the user for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion);
• Extended account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months with no transactions.

In the event of closure due to inactivity, the n19bet will notify the user 30 days in advance at the registered email before applying any maintenance fee or closing access. The remaining balance remains available for withdrawal even after closure due to inactivity, by contacting support.

The n19bet believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from any user's account dashboard:

• Daily deposit limit – sets a cap on how much you can deposit within a 24-hour period;
• Weekly deposit limit — spending control for a full week;
• Cooling-off period – a temporary pause of 24 hours to 6 weeks on access to betting;
• Temporary self-exclusion — account access blocked for a period of 30 days to 1 year;
• Permanent self-exclusion – permanent account closure, with no possibility of reversal.

All these settings take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. The n19bet may proactively apply restrictions to accounts that show behavioral patterns associated with problem gambling, such as deposits made immediately after significant losses or attempts to circumvent previously established limits.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute or controversy arising from the use of the platform n19bet must first be submitted to the platform's support channel for an amicable resolution attempt.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit any legal disputes arising from these terms to the courts of the judicial district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, except where Brazilian consumer protection legislation (Law No. 8,078/1990 – Consumer Defense Code) establishes a different venue in the user's favor.

The n19bet respects consumer rights as set out in the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and the LGPD. Any clause in these terms that conflicts with applicable law is automatically considered null and void, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
